NICK CIABURRI – HEAD OF WATT BASEBALL/INSTRUCTOR/OWNER
Nick Ciaburri, owner and operator of Linedrives & Dingers LLC. and WATT Baseball. He takes great pride in working with the area youth, teaching and refining the fundamentals and mechanics of the greatest game on earth. The keys to success in this game are proper mechanics – which are achieved through sets and repetitions – in addition to work ethic and perseverance.
With over 15 years of baseball experience (including collegiate play), Coach Nick and his staff are passionate about helping kids at all levels and abilities reach their full potential. During the evaluation process, he will critique each student, pinpoint strengths and weaknesses, and work to refine skills.
When he’s not coaching, Nick is a dedicated Firefighter/Paramedic, husband, and father of three. He looks forward to the opportunity to help your children strengthen their skills and confidence at the yard.
JOHN KAIMAKIS, INSTRUCTOR/ Asst. WATT BASEBALL COACH
Coach John Kaimakis graduated from Wauconda High School in 2012. During his time there, John was a 3 sport athlete playing baseball, football and basketball. Since leaving, John went on to play NJCAA baseball at Heartland Community College in Normal, IL. He then transferred to the University of Southern Indiana in Evansville, IN. During John’s playing career, he made 2 NCAA div. 2 College World Series appearances.
Coach Kaimakis holds a bachelor’s degree in Sports Management from the University of Southern Indiana. With 17 years of upper level baseball experience and 3 years of coaching experience, he is extremely excited lead the 12u Wauconda Area Top Travel Baseball Chiefs and share his love of the game.

DRAKE BERMAN – INSTRUCTOR/ Asst. WATT BASEBALL COACH
Drake attends Benedictine University where he plays baseball. He began playing baseball when he was 5 and has loved the sport ever since. He wants to share his knowledge and passion of the game with those he helps instruct. He believes there is no more fun game than baseball and is excited to help teach it!
